- Frozen natural French croissants, ready to bake
- Croissant weight (raw): 70g

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, butter 24%, water, sugar, yeast, whole eggs , wheat gluten , salt, malted wheat flour, inactive yeast, flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes (xylanases, amylases).
May contain traces of nuts .
Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. After opening, close the bag before returning to the freezer. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Baking instructions:
Defrost for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oven to 170/175° C and bake for 21-24 minutes.
